Unwanted/Unsuitable Goods

Items cannot be returned when unwanted/unsuitable which:

• Have been used
• Are soiled
• Have an odour (eg smoke)
• Have been damaged as a result of misuse
• Are not in a clean & dry condition
• Are jewellery items that have been removed from their packaging, due to hygiene reasons
• Goods made to your own specifications. This includes but is not limited to Special order scarves, Nametapes, Flags with lettering and other items where a personalised logo or text is requested to be added by us.

In addition, all items must be returned with their original labels and packaging in good condition.

If the goods are returned in an unsaleable condition we reserve the right to refuse the return. 
Goods returned in poor condition will be subject upto a 50% fee or be returned to yourself. We will contact you to discuss the best resolution.

All goods are returned at your own expense and risk. We recommend a recorded delivery method as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Faulty/Incorrect Items

We take care to dispatch your order such that it arrives in good condition. If your goods should arrive and there is a problem with any item please call to explain your concerns

How to Return Goods

If you require a refund

• If the wrong size has been ordered please re-order and return the unwanted item with a note stating your original order No. and that you require a refund
• Return the goods with your order ref to us at the address below.
• We usually refund within 7 working days from receiving the parcel.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. We will contact you should there be any difficulties with completing this.
