The Scout activity trousers are made from brushed polyester cotton and are navy in colour. The cut provides an comfortable fit and the trousers have a soft handle finish to the fabric which is water resistant. ( This will need reproofing over time. ) The waist band has been fitted with internal elastic which can be adjusted to assist fitting for tall slim girls. The lower leg is straight making alterantions easier and all sizes have a 2.5cm / 1" turn-up.

The trousers are fitted with 2 front pockets and a cargo leg pocket with a mobile phone pocket. The age 7/8 years trousers are unisex in fitting, have zipped flys and no back pocket. The 9/10 to 11/12 years girls trousers have no back pocket and button at the waist band on the opposite side to the boys tousers. The belt loops fit the Scout belt.and have a useful metal D ring.
